We integrate Catholic faith and family values into daily instruction.
  • From the very beginning of a child’s education, he or she learns social responsibility and respect for the diversity of humankind.
  • Children of all religions, cultures, races, and economic backgrounds are welcome.
  • The mission of St. Aloysius Catholic School is to provide a student-centered education, rooted in Christian values, that fosters academic excellence.
  • The teachers and staff at St. Aloysius Catholic School use the Ohio Standards and the Diocesan Graded Course of studies to instruct students.
  • Curriculum mapping and the use of student cognitive and achievement data acquired through the Cognitive Abilities Test and the Iowa Test of Basic Skills are used to promote and assess student learning and success.
  • The students at St. Aloysius-St. Agatha School benefit from Auxiliary Services from the State of Ohio in the form of professional personnel: nurse, speech therapist, psychologist, and textbook clerk.
  • A full-time federally-funded Chapter 1 Basic Skills reading and math teacher also works with the students.
